Supported Employment

 

Supported Employment services under Pennsylvania’s Community HealthChoices (CHC) Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) program are designed to help participants obtain and sustain employment in integrated community settings. These services may include job development, assistance with job placement, on-the-job training, and ongoing support tailored to the individual'

Job Finding is an individualized service that assists participants to obtain competitive, integrated employment. Competitive integrated employment is full or part-time work at minimum wage or higher, with wages and benefits similar to those without disabilities performing the same work, and fully integrated with co-workers without disabilities.
